You've Got This! Workshop: Managing Difficult Thoughts

This workshop will focus on identifying unhelpful thought patterns that you engage in. You will learn how to challenge those thoughts in more helpful ways and consider alternate perspectives when in stressful situations.

You've Got This! Workshops run weekly from Sept 26 - Oct 24 & weekly from Nov 14 - Dec 5.
