Resilience Toolbox for Anxiety Workshop

This workshop aims to help you improve your ability to navigate anxiety by enhancing resilience.  Ways to foster cognitive and emotional strength will be discussed including utilization of mindfulness, challenging unhelpful thinking patterns, and identifying personal core values.  The goal is to assist you in enhancing your ability to move through obstacles and disappointments in your life that create anxious distress and live life more fully.

Please join us for a panel discussion with members of the UNC Charlotte Collegiate Recovery Community.  Panel members will discuss their experience of addiction prior to sobriety and how the Collegiate Recovery Community supports their journey through recovery as a UNC Charlotte student.
