OutSpoken Speaker Series Presents: Samra Habib Just me and Allah - Spirituality as a radical tool

The OutSpoken event is an annual speaker series that brings to campus LGBTQ+ identified speakers to address issues relevant to the community.  This year we celebrate the 10th year of this event and are proud to feature Samra Habib, a multimedia journalist and visual activist whose work examines Islam through a queer lens.  Her photography project, Just me and Allah documents the experiences of queer Muslims around the world.  She will deliver her keynote address on 11/9 @7pm in McKnight Hall.  This event is free.
