Through guided meditations and movement, students will: Learn the fundamentals of mindfulness Learn of its benefits to their emotional and physical health  The dimensions of wellness this program covers:   Physical – focuses on the state of your body   Emotional – Awareness and acceptance of feelings   Spiritual – Establishing a sense of self beyond physical being Christine Staco will be the facilitator and you can contact her with any questions, comments or concerns.
