Promotes a safe and healthy campus environment through compliance with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 and The Campus Sexual Violence Elimination Act (Campus SaVE). Title IX staff receives reports from students or others who have experienced or witnessed sexual misconduct, relationship violence, and/or stalking, investigates such occurrences and oversees the process of resolving complaints in a fair manner.
Assists, supports and advocates for students experiencing a broad range of issues, concerns or challenges interfering with a student's ability to be successful academically or personally at UNC Charlotte.
